Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open Yapr and go to the Me tab.
- Scroll to Your data.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account and voice clone are removed immediately, and you're signed out.
Prefer to remove just your voice but keep your account? Use Your voice clone → Delete instead.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity
- Your voice clone — including at our voice provider (ElevenLabs)
- Your uploaded voice samples and any cached phrase audio
- Your settings and conversation history (metadata)
We never stored your conversation audio or transcripts in the first place — there's nothing of that kind to delete. In Strict mode, nothing ever left your device at all.
Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. You'd need to record samples again to recreate a voice clone.
Can't access the app?
If you've lost access to your device, email privacy@yap-r.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify it's you and complete the deletion within 30 days.
